Steamy Burgers
1 1b medium ground beef
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 - 2 tbsp Dan T's Inferno Whitehot
4 buns
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into 1/2 inch-thick patties. Preheat grill. Place patties on grill rack and grill 6 minutes each side or until well done. Meanwhile heat buns. Garnish burgers with your usual toppings and drizzle on more Dan T's Whitehot, if you dare!
