Lava Lamp Chili
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion chopped
1 lb medium ground beef
one 5 1/2 oz can of tomato paste
2 tbsp Dan T's Inferno Whitehot or more to taste
2 tbsp chili powder
one 28 oz can of tomatoes
two 19 oz cans kidney beans, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add beef and cook until brown. Add tomato paste, Dan T’s Whitehot, chili powder and tomatoes (breaking up tomatoes with spoon), bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Add kidney beans and cook for 15 minutes more. Serve with fresh chopped coriander, grated cheddar, tortilla chips and sour cream.
