Flavoured Burgers
1 1b medium ground beef
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp coriander chopped fine (optional)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup any Dan T's Inferno sauce (except Whitehot)
4 buns
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into 1/2 inch-thick patties. Preheat grill. Place patties on grill rack and grill 6 minutes on each side or until well done. Meanwhile heat buns. Garnish burgers with your favorite Dan T's sauce and your usual toppings.
